Representative Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) introduced the Right to Try Clarification Act on March 30. The bill would expand access to life-changing treatments by including substances that have completed phase 1 clinical studies, including psilocybin and MDMA, in the federal Right to Try Act Schedule I. Rep. Blumenauer cites phase 1 and 2 clinical trials which have helped terminally ill individuals access new and promising supports for end-of-life care.
