Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) programs continue to drive meaningful change and provide what most active older adults want: to age in place. As Life Plan Communities (LPC) and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) look to diversify their portfolios, CCaH program is a growing, profitable model and offers a new entry point into communities.

New Exploratory Track

New in 2024 is a track for CCaH Exploration, which will include four 1-hour sessions specially targeted for individuals and/or organizations who are interested in having more in-depth information on how CCaH programs work and what’s involved in starting one.
