Last Chance to Report on PRF for 2nd Reporting Period
Providers are only eligible to submit the late reports if they submitted a Late Reporting Request and have been approved by HRSA. These approvals would have been sent to providers via the email address they provided to HRSA. to submit a late report for Reporting Period 2 (RP2). RP2 covers PRF payments received between July 1 – December 31, 2020. Providers can find additional reporting resources here. There will not be another opportunity for these providers to come into compliance. Failure to submit the report during this opportunity will require the provider to return all PRF funds from this payment received period.
Reporting Period 3 begins July 1
The next reporting period (Reporting Period 3) opens on July 1, 2022 and will cover funds received between January 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021. Providers can use these funds to cover coronavirus-related expenses and lost revenues incurred between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2022 that were not reimbursed by other sources and have not yet been reported. Providers may want to confirm they have adequate expenses and lost revenues to offset the PRF received during this reporting period. If not, providers still have a month to incur coronavirus-related expenses to prevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus such as testing supplies, infection control expenses and training, personal protection equipment and retention bonuses for staff.
