LeadingAge and two partner associations on June 24, 2025 sent a letter to Representative David Schweikert (R-AZ) regarding his Medicare Advantage reform bill (H.R. 3467), with specific focus on its inclusion of a carve-in of hospice to the Medicare Advantage program.
LeadingAge opposes adding hospice to Medicare Advantage in this vehicle or any other. We also oppose this bill in its entirety though have expressed interest in talking with Mr. Schweikert about his interest in MA reform more broadly. Read our letter here.
