The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), based on feedback from LeadingAge and other stakeholders, is hosting Peer-to-Peer call series for Multifamily Service Coordinators.

Held quarterly and hosted by Abt Global, the calls offer Service Coordinator supervisors, property owners, and other housing staff the opportunity to learn and share with each other.

A key focus of the call series: improving the relationship between service coordinators and property managers.

NOTE: While HUD staff will play a small role in the calls, they will mostly allow for peer sharing (as opposed to “office hours” hosted by other HUD programs).

The first session in the virtual calls series will be held September 30 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
