LaGrange’s 25-plus years of experience includes a diverse range of positions such as director of nursing, administrator, and consultant. Her successful career includes extensive leadership roles in which her knowledge and expertise have assisted organizations in regulatory, clinical, and operational turnarounds. In her 20 years with Pathway Health Services, she has assisted quality improvements in a multitude of organizations and has become a nationally renowned trainer in infection control and restorative nursing, and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
Colleen Toebe | Director of Consulting Services | Pathway Health Services
Toebe’s experience includes critical care, long-term care, assisted living, and home care. Her positions include director of nursing, staff development, quality improvement coordinator, infection control, employee health, medicare, and MDS coordinator. In Toebe’s role as nurse consultant at Pathway, she has excelled in interim leadership roles in long-term care and assisted living, developed an educational program, and served as a national clinical reimbursement specialist.
