On October 13, 2026 LeadingAge, along with other steering committee members of the ACTION Campaign, will urge the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to leave the thresholds as they current stand under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rule, as the proposed changes would be “damaging”.
