In LeadingAge’s July 9, 2026, comments on the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) proposed rule on the Regulation for Federal Financial Assistance, we express our concerns about the uncertainty, risk, and burdens that this rule would create for members as recipients of federal financial assistance, potentially undermining their ability to provide critical supports and services to the older Americans they serve.
