LeadingAge, in a March 30, 2026, response to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) request for information (RFI) related to Comprehensive Regulations to Uncover Suspicious Healthcare (CRUSH), answered a wide range of questions related to fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage from the perspective of our members across the continuum. We emphasized transparency, state-federal partnerships, technology, and involving providers and other stakeholders from impacted areas in solutions.
