AscendRural is organizing Distance to Care Community Cohorts to help organizations uncover the biggest problems technology available today may be  able to solve, then connect them with solutions that can meaningfully support their goals and the people they serve.

Applications for the Community Cohort are due September 25, 2026. 

AscendRural, a program from Minnesota procurement program Sourcewell, provides the sourcing, vetting, and contracting; participants bring their frontline knowledge, experience, interests, and goals. There is no cost to participate, no obligation to adopt or pilot, and every decision stays with your organization.
