As Associate Director, Conference Operations, Heike Spichal is responsible for the logistical and financial management of many of the Association’s conferences/meetings, including hotel negotiation, food and beverage planning, budget management, crisis management, supervision of on-site personnel and management of all pre-registration activities as well as the management of all on-site operations.
