As our Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff, Mia Mullen  is responsible for the development and leadership of organization-wide initiatives addressing the effectiveness, outcomes and culture of LeadingAge.

In collaboration with the President and CEO, Mia monitors progress in advancing the strategic plan; assumes responsibility for implementation and management of specific priority projects and activities; and works with the LeadingAge Board of Directors on meeting planning and communications, as well as governance matters that support the Board and Association.
