As the Vice President, Policy and Government Affairs,  Mollie Gurian provides overarching strategic leadership for LeadingAge’s home care, hospice and Medicaid HCBS, and workforce policy and priorities. Mollie oversees all related regulatory and legislative analysis and advocacy; maintains relationships with key policy-makers and represents LeadingAge with Capitol Hill and other federal personnel; and establishes relationships with senior leaders in other national organizations, coalitions and individuals.  Mollie, also, leads all Association policy education and outreach to state executives and members on home based, HCBS, and workforce issues.
