As the Vice President, Information & Operations Solutions, Simon Knight provides vision and leadership in the development and implementation of Customer Information Technology best practices, policies, and procedures that support LeadingAge’s current, and future, business needs. Simon assists with various functions across the Operations Team with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, IT safety & security including compliance, technology, and project management; ensuring alignment of technology, business applications, and information systems with LeadingAge’s strategic goals.
