As the Vice President, Leadership Engagement & Development, Wendy Green leads and manages the organization’s leadership development programming and CEO engagement initiative. She is responsible for the curriculum design and implementation of LeadingAge’s flagship leadership program (the Leadership Academy) and related activities. This includes strategy and execution of networking and learning opportunities for executive-level peer groups within the LeadingAge membership.
