On August 7, 2024 the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) released Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Technical and Operational Guidance on the Conclusion of the Hospice Benefit Component which details expectations for the unwinding of the Hospice Benefit Component of the Value-Based Insurance Design model.
