On January 27, 2025, LeadingAge filed comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the Contract Year 2026 Policy and Technical Changes to the Medicare Advantage Program, Medicare Prescriptions Drug Benefit Program, Medicare Cost Plan Program, and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)  (CMS-4208-P) proposed rule. We appreciate CMS’s continued commitment to clarify expectations of Medicare Advantage (MA), Special Needs Plans (SNP) and PACE programs to ensure beneficiaries receive the medically necessary Medicare benefits for which they are eligible.
