The Guardian published its findings that UnitedHealth Group did not act in the best interest of its Medicare Advantage enrollees, and bullied and financially incentivized nursing homes into complying with requests to prevent hospital transfers and for nursing homes to share confidential information about those in their care with the plan for plan marketing purposes.
