Following its August 5, 2025 webinar on how to correctly code the new Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on September 11, 2025 updated its Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) training and education library with various items from the three-hour event.

Hospices can now download the materials, including transcripts and PDF copies of the slides, that are posted on the webpage.

A recording of the training is also now accessible here.

The HOPE tool goes into effect October 1, 2025.
