Each year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluates and typically updates income and resource thresholds for eligibility in multiple Medicaid programs.

This year, CMS on December 9, 2025 issued these updates for the coming year in an informational bulletin and website update.

The informational bulletin contains a chart on the third page with benefit rates, resource standards, and income limits.

Providers may be interested to review the current thresholds against those from 2025 as there are modest increases in some areas.
