Life Plan Community/CCRC & Behavioral Health Salary & Benefits Studies: Underway
LeadingAge Partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) has just opened up participation for the annual Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC/LPC) Salary & Benefits Study and LeadingAge is calling on our members to consider participating. CCRC/LPC providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by April 20th. The results will be published in June 2026.
A separate Behavioral Health Salary & Benefits Study is also underway. The deadline is March 23rd; with publication also being scheduled for June 2026. Both Reports are published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge.
Last year’s CCRC/LPC Report contained data from over 528 CCRCs and covered 90,100+ employees nationwide. The results cover management salaries, nonmanagement wages, and fringe benefits. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, profit type, and bed-size. Information on eighteen fringe benefits, shift differentials, turnover rates, sign-on bonuses, and other facility/staffing metrics will also be included.
The Behavioral Health Report provides essential data on compensation and benefits for Mental Health, AoD, and Developmental Disability employees from more than 474 behavioral health facilities/programs nationwide.
