In February 25, 2026, comments submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on Calendar Year (CY) 2027 Medicare Advantage (MA) Advance Notice, which proposes payment levels and policies for MA, Part D and PACE programs, LeadingAge advocates  for the principle that payment rates should cover the costs of delivering services and also offers suggestions for improving the MA Star Rating measures.
