The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy is hosting a Small Business Labor Safety (OSHA/MSHA) Roundtable on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST over Microsoft Teams.
Agenda items include the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) December 2024 updated Memorandum of Understanding outlining how the agencies will coordinate implementation and enforcement activities related to chemical risks under Toxic Substances Control Act, as well as a review of OSHA and Mine Safety and Health Administration’s (MSHA) new 2026 Regulatory Agenda items.
These roundtables are typically held on a bi-monthly basis and provide an opportunity for small entities to share their input to help the Office of Advocacy set its priorities in the labor safety and health area.
Registration for the roundtable can be accessed at the link above.
