LeadingAge Partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) has opened up participation for the annual Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Study and LeadingAge encourages our members to consider participating. Assisted Living providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by November 9. The results will be published in January 2027.

The study is published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge.

Last year’s Assisted Living Report contained data from over 1,057 ALFs/RCFs/PCFs nationwide. The results cover management salaries, nonmanagement wages, and fringe benefits. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, profit type, and bed-size. The report also covers 18 fringe benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/time-off policies, 401(k) plans, and educational assistance, while also covering critical metrics like turnover rates, granted/budgeted salary increases, shift differentials, and sign-on bonuses.

There is no cost to participate in the studies. LeadingAge member participants may purchase the results at the reduced price of $210, versus the $400 nonparticipant rate.
