Greencroft Goshen's Central Manor

Where it all began for Greencroft Goshen!

Central Manor is a non-profit community benefit corporation that provides retirement housing services to 81 residents on a 167-acre campus.  There is HUD rental assistance for 17 residents.  Central Manor is related to two HUD housing organizations and a CCRC called Greencroft Goshen (GG).  Central Manor’s services are integrated into GG’s services.

Features Include

Central Manor is accredited as a part of a continuing care retirement community by CARF-CCAC and provides independent living housing services.  Residents in Central Manor are eligible for advanced services offered on GG including: assisted living, skilled nursing, adult day programs, Senior Center programs and home care services. Central Manor residents pay a subsidized monthly fee for rent.
