I hear it all the time. Aging service leaders want more time to step back and take stock. They know it’s critical to think about the future and put smart strategies in place. And I tell them: You have to come to Leadership Summit!
Our Summit provides an intimate space for leaders to generate new ideas and strategies. It’s the perfect opportunity to have intelligent discussions—and gain mission-critical insights—from our keynotes and your peers.
We work hard to find relevant speakers with messages that resonate with all members. This year is no exception. Meet this year’s Leadership Summit keynote speakers:
Michael C. Bush, CEO at Great Place To Work®
Workforce retention is a pressing issue facing aging services professionals, and Michael will address it head-on. His talk on Creating Great Places to Work for All will tell you how your organization can become and remain a great place to work.
Michael has incredible insights from over 25 years of experience leading small and mid-sized organizations through transformational growth. And, of course, Great Place To Work® produces workplace rankings and helps companies of all sizes produce better results by focusing on the work experience for every employee. Since becoming CEO, Michael has led an aggressive new mission: to build a better world by helping every organization become a Great Place To Work For All™ by 2030. He created a valuable new methodology and analytics to renew interest in the business value that diversity and inclusion bring to innovation.
Rev. Dr. Zina Jacque, Chair and President of the Board at National Senior Campuses (NSC)
When your days are seemingly controlled by legislation, reimbursement rates, a lack of supplies, and rising costs, staying true to your organization’s mission can be challenging. We are excited to welcome Dr. Jacque to share her thoughts on Creating Change While Sustaining Hope and Faith.
Dr. Jacque serves on the board for one of the largest providers of senior living in the United States. NSC’s mission is to provide affordable, excellent housing and health care to thousands of seniors residing in its facilities. She has worked extensively in faith-based nonprofit organizations, higher education, and mental health and wellness fields.
