The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) Committee invites providers across the spectrum of long-term care take the five-minute survey about their work to improve interoperability by the August 31 deadline. The joint HIMSS LTPAC and Interoperability Sub-Committee survey has developed the survey to learn about challenges and improvement plans for LTPAC interoperability in organizations.

The sub-committee may publish the results in aggregate, but will not disclose specific respondent information. Respondents will remain anonymous.
