Every day, our members across the country serve and support older adults with high-quality care and compassion, and they do so in an increasingly challenging environment.

At LeadingAge, we want to recognize our members and the work they do every day, all year long. The LeadingAge Catalysts program does just that.

Each month, we will focus on a LeadingAge member—an organization or an individual—demonstrating an unwavering commitment to serving people. We will recognize excellence in many areas: supports for people living with dementia, creative community partnerships, recruitment and retention practices for staff, intergenerational programs, individual leadership, mentorship, inclusivity, and much more.

Nominate a deserving organization or individual for recognition as a LeadingAge Catalyst! Fill out the nomination form with details about why your nominee deserves recognition. The form will require you to log in to your My.LeadingAge account. If you don’t have one already, creating one is easy.
