The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is hosting a “Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) CY2024 Annual Performance Report: What You Need to Know!” webinar to educate providers about the CY2024 Annual Performance Report (APR). The webinar will include a discussion of the CY2024 APR, how to interpret the report, the appeals process, the applicable quality measure results based on CY2023 performance, and the corresponding payment adjustment applied to FFS claims submitted for services with a through-date in the CY2025 payment year. 

As a reminder, the APR will determine the percentage payment reduction or increase your agency will receive in CY2025, the first year of any payment changes related to HHVBP. It is critical to understand this report and prepare to evaluate and take action if it is incorrect.
