LeadingAge will kick off our month-long observance of National Workforce Development Month on September 1. The goal this year is to lift up the many long-term career paths within aging services and, because employee retention is critical to ensuring older adults’ well-being wherever they live or receive care, to showcase the resources and benefits that keep professionals in these roles.
