Cabrini of Westchester (CW) is a not-for-profit organization sponsored by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
CW offers high-quality, short-term rehabilitation/sub-acute care on a designated unit for those recovering from surgery or an illness following a hospital stay. CW also offers respite care, skilled nursing care, palliative care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, home care and adult day care.
