Features Include

Tel Hai offers independent living residences, personal care, respite, rehabilitation (in and out-patient), Adult Day Services and also offers a Memory Support environment. We can arrange for contracted hospice care. Local pharmacies work with residents utilizing PACE benefits. We are a not-for-profit, fee for service community. A subsidized rental apartment building is also located on our campus. Dining, recreation, aquatics and multiple sites for varied activities are provided on site. Libraries, general store, chapel and fitness center are available.
