Specialized dementia unit with programming for residents with advancing memory and cognitive impairment, whether it's from Alzheimer's or other diseases

Short-term rehabilitation, offering comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Homeland Hospice, a community outreach program of Homeland Center, offers comprehensive hospice services in the Central Pennsylvania region. Hospice services are offered in the setting the patient calls "home," which includes residents at Homeland Center and other personal care, assisted living and nursing home locations.  Services are available to patients and families in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill and York counties
