• The Court - The only state certified Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) in Manitowoc County, offering the highest quality care. From assistance with daily activities to therapy or nursing services, you receive the level of care that best suits your needs.
• The Villa - If a little more supervision is required, The Villa can meet your changing needs. As a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), The Villa has two households with room for 16 residents in each. One household is designed for individuals with early- to mid-stage dementia. All residents enjoy security and support in a group home environment, as well as on-site caregivers.
• St. Mary's - You'll be right at home in your own private suite with bathroom and nurse call system. As a state-licensed skilled nursing facility, we offer the higest level of nursing care that, combined with personal attention, create a warm and secure home. We also offer a specialized houshold that cares for residents with dementia.
• Next Step Rehabilitation - Next Step helps bridge the gap between hospital and home by providing transitional care and rehabilitation services. We offer a full range of on-site therapies including speech, occupational and physical therapy.
• The Gardens - The Gardens is a senior community that rests on more than 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.  Whether you choose a 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartment or garden home, you'll appreciate the security and privacy as well as the many features of our unique community.
