Lutheran Community Home is a continuing care retirement community located in Seymour, Indiana. We offer a full range of living options including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care.  We recently opened a new facility, Forest Path, which serves residents with the early stages of dementia or Alzheimer's disease in a small, residential setting.
