Bradford Ecumenical Home:  Our 100 bed skilled nursing facility strives to provide 24-hour comprehensive care which includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, and medication administration. Our professional staff of RN's, LPN's, CNA's, along with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists are available to work closely with our residents to help acheive as much independence as possible.  We also offer specialized dementia care in a 17-bed secure unit "Our House". 

Chapel Ridge:  A Personal Care Home that allows you to enjoy your senior years with comfort and convenience.  Spacious apartments in four different styles ensure privacy and security.  Each apartment offers a private bathroom, kitchenette, emergency help system and individually controlled heating/cooling unit. A variety of other services include housekeeping service, planned events, weekly shopping and banking services, in house laundry, beauty salon, medication monitoring, therapy services and restaurant style dining with personalized service and a choice of entrees at each of our three daily meals. 

Creekside Suites:  Our spacious independent living apartments are designed for comfort and convenience.  Each residence features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and warm fireplace in the living room.  The bathroom boasts a separate shower and bathtub.  Creekside Suites means independent living with greater peace of mind.
