We are a 139-bed skilled nursing facility housed in the historic St. Joseph’s Home for the Blind in the heart of Jersey City, New Jersey.

We provide a variety of services to meet the specific health care, social, spiritual and rehabilitative needs for longterm residents. We also provide personalized nursing and rehabilitative care to patients who are transitioning from hospital to home.
