Manor II provides affordable independent living housing services. Residents pay a subsidized monthly fee for rent.

Manor II is a non-profit community benefit corporation that provides retirement housing services to 150 residents on a 167-acre campus.  Manor II is related to two HUD housing organizations and a CCRC called Greencroft Goshen (GG).  Manor II’s services are integrated into GG’s services. Manor II is accredited as a part of a continuing care retirement community by CARF-CCAC.
