Manor III provides independent living housing services and residents pay a subsidized monthly fee for rent.

Manor III is a non-profit community benefit corporation that provides retirement housing services to 100 residents on a 167-acre campus.  Manor III is related to two HUD housing organizations and a CCRC called Greencroft Goshen (GG).  Manor III’s services are integrated into GG’s services. Manor III is accredited as a part of a continuing care retirement community by CARF-CCAC.
