HUD NSPIRE Training & Reception
EVENT RECAP I ACCESS JULY RECORDING
LeadingAge and LeadingAge DC hosted leadership and policy experts from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) for in-person training on HUD’s new housing inspection protocol under NSPIRE, followed by a networking reception, on July 27, 2023. Held at the LeadingAge office in Washington, DC, the LeadingAge and LeadingAge DC training helps prepare HUD-assisted senior housing providers for HUD’s major new NSPIRE implementation, which will change HUD’s housing inspection standards, scoring, and administrative rules effective October 1, 2023.
