MatrixCare Hires Bharat Monteiro as General Manager of Facilities

MatrixCare, a leading software solutions provider for out-of-hospital care settings, has appointed Bharat Monteiro as general manager of Facilities Software & Services. In this role, Monteiro will be responsible for overseeing MatrixCare’s entire product portfolio for the facilities market, including skilled nursing, life plan communities, and senior living organizations. This appointment comes after an extensive search for an experienced customer-centric and data-driven leader. MatrixCare is a LeadingAge Silver Partner with CAST Focus.

Monteiro started his career in pharmaceutical manufacturing and has held a variety of positions across multiple industries, leading business transformation initiatives through solution innovation, creation of new revenue streams, and application of alternative business models to increase value for organizations and their end-customers. Most recently, Monteiro led the digital transformation of Ciox Health’s Release of Information business for Hospitals catering to the Legal and Life Insurance requester segment. Prior to that, he spent several years with Masimo Corporation, leading their medical technology business and implementing remote monitoring and advanced care solutions in India and South-east Asia. Sentrics Expands Senior Living Footprint with Acquisition of Connected Living
