The data submission deadline for home health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) 2023 Quarter 2 is Thursday, October 19. To ensure that files can be accepted by the 11:59 p.m. ET deadline, agencies and their vendors must submit all of the Quarter 2 files on or before Wednesday, October 18. Since the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will not accept any files after the data submission deadline, home health agencies should make sure to check data submission reports to verify that all the submitted files were accepted and to correct and re-submit all files before the data submission deadline.
