Each year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) releases information for Medicare prescription drug plans. This year’s memo, released on December 20,  outlines timeframes during which plans can make updates to their formularies, what needs to be included in updates, and procedural clarifications.  In addition to other plans, the memo applies to PACE organizations and Medicare-Medicaid providers.
