Innovation Master Class

In today’s world, most organizations recognize that innovation is an important strategy to move ahead and stay competitive. Yet, many of those charged with leading these transformations have not fully honed in on the skills necessary to effectively lead the complex, ongoing, and collaborative change process.

Leading Transformation and Change

This highly interactive program will help you build the capacity to lead innovation initiatives, drawing on the collective knowledge, varied perspectives, and experiences of a diverse group of individuals throughout your organization. You will the opportunity to:

  • Gain an understanding of the leader’s role as a facilitator and idea “encourager.”
  • Learn how innovation leaders approach their work to actively engage team members and facilitate the innovation process.
  • Obtain strategies for helping your organization reject outdated paradigms, take risks, and harness “wild” ideas.

The program will include a variety of education formats/approaches to address the different learning styles of participants, allow ample time for formal/informal peer-sharing, and prepare LeadingAge members to both think and do differently.
