The Internet Quality Improvement & Evaluation System (iQIES) through which the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)-certified providers submit assessments and access communications sent notification on May 16 that it will soon implement an inactive user policy for safety and security.
Beginning in May, system audits will be conducted to identify users who have not logged in to the iQIES system in more than 60 days. These inactive users will be notified by email that they must login to maintain active accounts and user roles. Inactive users who fail to login after notification will have their user roles revoked and access to the system suspended. To restore the account, users will need to login and re-request user roles.
Questions can be directed to the iQIES Service Center by email at iqies@cms.hhs.gov or by phone at 1-800-339-9313. Or to create a new support ticket, track an existing ticket, or recover your HARP password account, please use the CCSQ Support Central: Self-Service Portal.
