LeadingAge members who received Provider Relief Funds or American Rescue Plan (ARP) rural funds between July 1 – December 31, 2022, must submit their report to HRSA on how their organization used those funds to prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19.
Due to the end of the public health emergency, HRSA established new policies in 2023 related to which lost revenues can be offset by PRF dollars. Providers are encouraged to review these updated reporting requirements prior to completing their reports.
Providers who fail to submit a timely report on PRF and ARP rural funds received will be required to return the funds. Reporting period 6 reports are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2024, but providers should not wait until the last minute to submit.
