The session will review next steps for HOTMA compliance and give HUD-assisted housing providers the opportunity to ask questions about implementation. The Q&A will also review discretionary authority that housing providers have under the new HOTMA rules and regulations, and will emphasize mission-driven implementation that promotes the well-being of older adult residents.

The session will be recorded and made available to members, and additional Q&A sessions will be announced for early 2024.
