Participation is Open for Two Important Studies – Life Plan Community & Nursing Home Salary & Benefits
LeadingAge Partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) is conducting their annual Life Plan Community/CCRC Salary & Benefits study and LeadingAge Members are encouraged to participate! Providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by April 8, 2024. The CCRC Report will be published in June 2024.
A separate Nursing Home study is also open to participants with a deadline of May 13th. The Nursing Home Report will be published in July 2024. Both studies are published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge.
The Reports cover management salaries, bonuses, non-management wages, and fringe benefits. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, and bed size. Both for-profit and not-for-profit data will be separately covered. Information on eighteen fringe benefits, shift differentials, turnover and vacancy rates, and other facility metrics will also be included.
Last year’s CCRC Report contained data from 477 CCRCs and covered 78,700+ employees. The Nursing Home Report contained data from 1,089 nursing homes and included data from 111,600+ employees.
