The data submission deadline for patients that passed away in October, November, and December 2022 (Quarter 4 2022) is May 10. Survey vendors and hospices will receive an email indicating CAHPS Hospice Survey Data Submission Reports are available for viewing in their respective folders in the CAHPS Hospice Survey Data Warehouse, and are responsible for successfully submitting files by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 10. Hospices are encouraged to double check that vendors have submitted information on their behalf by the deadline.
