On July 27, 2026, KFF released a new resource compiling state-level information on the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), which was established under HR 1 to support and strengthen rural health care infrastructure. The tracker includes an interactive map and links to states’ funding awards, applications, approved plans, and budgets. KFF says it will continue updating the resource as additional state information becomes available. The map and tracker are available here.
